A Flutter-based cafe ordering and management system serving both sides of the counter — customers order and pay in the app, staff run products, categories, and kitchen operations from a real-time admin dashboard.
Cafes still run on counter queues, shouted orders, and paper tickets. Customers wait longer than they should, kitchens lose track at rush hour, and owners have no live view of what’s selling.
One system for both sides of the counter. Customers get an intuitive ordering interface with secure online payments; staff get a real-time dashboard for orders, products, categories, and kitchen operations. Firebase keeps every screen in sync live, with GetX and a clean, layered architecture underneath so the system scales past a single cafe.
