Stated plainly

We are a member of the Shopify Partner Program at Registered tier. We are not a Shopify Plus Partner, we hold no tier badge, and we do not yet have a public listing on the Shopify App Store.

We had already paid two agencies for this and both builds fell apart at checkout. Kyron rebuilt the store on Shopify in seven weeks and moved 1,240 SKUs across without losing a single product URL. They pushed back on about half the features we asked for, which turned out to be the right call. Checkout completion went from 38 percent to 54 percent.

  • You own the IP. It transfers on final payment and it is written into the statement of work, not only the master agreement.
  • We sign your NDA, or ours, before the first technical call.
  • Repos, cloud projects and store accounts are created in your name on day one, and our access is revoked at project close.

A custom app is installed on one store and skips the App Store review queue, which suits a merchant solving their own problem. A public app is listed, billed through Shopify and reviewed, which suits a product you intend to sell. We will tell you which one your idea actually is.

Resubmission is inside the scope, not a change request. Review feedback is normal and we plan for at least one round of it.

No. Kyron Infotech is a member of the Shopify Partner Program. Tier badges are granted by Shopify against revenue and merchant metrics, and we do not display one we have not been granted.
