Delete your Cluey account

• Open Cluey and make sure you are signed in.
• Open Settings.
• Choose Delete account, and confirm.

Your account and the progress saved to it are deleted, and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to info.kyroninfotech@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Cluey account”. Send it from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, or include your Google Play Games gamer name, so we can find your account.

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we delete anything. We delete the account within 30 days of your request and confirm by email when it is done.

• your account details: name, email address, profile picture and account ID from Google, or your Play Games player ID, gamer name and avatar
• your saved progress: streaks, results and best times, detective rank, commendations, case files, settings and display name

We keep no other copy of your account or saved progress after it is deleted.

• Progress stored on your phone stays until you uninstall Cluey or clear its storage.
• Analytics and crash data are not linked to your account, so they cannot be deleted with it. They are deleted on their normal schedule: 2 months for analytics event data and 90 days for crash reports.
• If you emailed us, we keep that email only as long as we need it to confirm the deletion.
• Your Google account and Google Play Games profile, including achievements and leaderboard scores, belong to Google and stay under your control there.

To keep your account but start over, write to info.kyroninfotech@gmail.com and ask us to erase your saved progress only.
