Problem
Most task apps are organised by list, so the question that matters every morning, what is due and what is late, takes digging to answer. Team tools answer it, but bring a weight of setup a small team does not need.
Approach
Make time the home screen. Every task lands in Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This Week or Later, a smart quick add turns one line into a scheduled task, and push reminders arrive before a deadline rather than after it. Personal work and team work share one model, teams to projects to tasks to subtasks, with Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles, and the Firestore security rules live in the repository and are reviewed as code.
Outcome
In development. Tasks, projects, comments with mentions, an activity timeline, reminders, the calendar, search, teams, sharing and an inbox are built. Android comes first, on Google Play, and iOS follows.
Who it is for
People and small teams who have outgrown a notes app for their tasks, but do not want a project-management suite to plan a week.
